The Session and Deacons
The Session
The governance in a Presbyterian congregation rests with Ruling Elders. They are elected by fellow members to discern God’s will for ministries of the church family, and to put in place policies and programs to achieve it. When they gather to meet, they constitute what is called The Session.

The Board of Deacons of Westminster Presbyterian: Piqua provide support for weekly Sunday worship and on-going, heartfelt, care for Westminster members and friends.
